If your equipment is eligible for a rebate, the customer must submit all required documentation within 60 days of the project completion, SAID activation or invoice paid date (whichever is later). If the project exceeds 60 days, an exception would need to be formally approved. If the project does not qualify for a rebate but does qualify for a custom incentive, it will need to receive pre-approval before any equipment is purchased or installed.
