AESAP is funded through Public Purpose Program (PPP) contributions on your bill, as mandated by the California Public Utilities Commission, which allows us to offer no-cost services to commercial businesses participating in PPP funding. AESAP services are no-cost to the customer and 100% of the incentives go to you!
